SPA POLICIES

Appointments: 

A valid debit/credit card is required on file + nonrefundable deposit. Which may only be transferred with rescheduled appointments once. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited and you must rebook. If you are running late to your appointment contact us at 945-941-7001 with your first + last name and estimated arrival time. After 10 minutes your appt may be cancelled. If time permits your service a $15 late fee will be applied to your balance. However please understand it is our right to reschedule. If you contact us to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of service balance. Same day cancellations and no call/no show appointments wiIl be charged 100% of service balance. 

Product Orders:

No exchanges or returns. If you select in store pick up we will hold your order for 3 days after you receive pickup confirmation. Failure to pick up your order will result in a refund. 

 

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, but can take longer. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sunday’s, or holidays. 
Expedited shipping is available on all orders during checkout.

If your order is found to be damaged or missing items when received report any losses or damages to customer service via email at support@thehausofesthetics.com 

If your order is lost, stolen or showing delivered and has not been delivered to you. Please contact the delivering courier with your tracking information for further assistance. 

The Haus of Esthetics is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of couriers.

NO refunds or returns
